Responsibilities for Call Center Representative include but are not limited to the following:

  • Candidates will be taking inbound phone calls at times (when capacity for sales is needed)
  • but primary job function is to make outbound phone calls to customers who have either just received an Auto or Home quote or have told us to call them for a new quote.
  • It’s not cold calling or true telemarketing.
  • They were appointment setters for customers who want to speak to our sales agents about their quote /get a new one.
  • May provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members


Candidates must meet the following Call Center Representative requirements for consideration:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Effective communication skills

We have openings on Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm; flexibility within those hours is required.
Training hours are set at 8:30-3:30pm Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week during training (approx. 7-8 weeks).40 hours a week thereafter.

Pay for this position is $13.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary opportunity.
