Small commercial construction company with a satellite office located in Broadway, New York NY 10279 looking for an Part time Office Admin

About Job: This is an Admin Assistant position. Main Duties: filing, speaking with members in the field, keeping database updated, working within Excel, overall document management/bid management. Strongly prefer someone with industry experience/knowledge.

Required/desired experience: Someone familiar with construction industry/ who worked in an construction company office. Will be taught how to electronically file project information so it is easily retrievable. Should have strong Excel skills and will work within a similar database called (Computer Ease). Open to candidates that have more green with 1-2 years’ experience.

Pay: $20/hr.

If converted- salary offered 40-50k

Hours: P/T flexible on the days and hours worked (targeting 8 hours per day 3 days a week= 24 hours total
