Job Description  The HR Coordinator supports the following HR leaders: Global Head of Talent Management Global Head of Talent Acquisition Global Head of Compensation & Benefits Head of HR, Corporate Functions Head of HR, Global Operations & Regulatory Including, but not limited to general HR Administration, scheduling meetings and interviews, processing contracts and vendor bills, expense reimbursements, and other administrative duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Provide coordination and administrative support for Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams: Coordinate interview schedules, background checks and candidate expenses. Coordinate logistics for all Talent Management (including Learning & Development) programs and some Talent Acquisition processes, including candidate expenses. Support Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion projects and presentation preparation Process & monitor vendor contracts/purchase requisitions, invoices and other payments, including candidate out of pocket expenses Provide administrative support, including meeting planning and logistics for several HR leaders Track employee referrals and payments. Provide Tier 2 TA & TM systems support. Experience in the following systems are a plus: Oracle R12, ISIMS, PeopleFluent, and Adobe SignDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position. 2 years Human Resources experience or Bachelors degree in business, HR or related field preferred Strong communication skills Proficient with MS office. Advanced skills in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) & Powerpoint preferred High attention to detail with strong project coordination skills, Good communication skills and knowledge of business etiquette Customer service and detail oriented Ability to handle highly confidential material.  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
