Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Test Manager role in El Paso, TX! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
This DIRECT HIRE Test Manager designs, plans and coordinates testing ensuring the test fundamentals comply to the test concept and transfer the testing to the subsequent operation. The test manager will create the test plans and manage a team. Kibana knowledge is helpful.

Specific Duties:

Ensure that the various requirements fulfill the quality standards
Verify that the test prerequisites are achieved to run the test
Perform tests according to the test concept
Record test results and assess them according to the test concept criteria and if necessary, correct errors and repeat test
Agree on procedure for open points
Manage testing process/protocols/methodology
Support all testing needs for all Waves of Current Project (creation of the test scripts and supervise test execution)
Manage the creation of Internal Test Cases to test capabilities, BRD success and solution
Manage and collaborate with client’s IT organization and QA liaison to support test cases that they may create and wish to execute which may include but not limited to:
Blind test cases
Exception test cases
Random volume testing


10. Interact/liaise with client’s QA Department, line of business resources and IT organization

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree is a MUST, advanced degree preferred
In depth knowledge in the field of quality assurance and testing with the appropriate methods and practices
Knowledge in project management
In depth knowledge of change management
Experienced involvement in testing processes, scanning processes or data process testing helpful
Decision-making and assertiveness
Teamwork, communication skills and conflict resolution skills are a must
Excellent writing skills, e.g. create test concepts and test reports
Comfortable with MS Word / Outlook and MS Project
Excellent Excel spreadsheet user
Experience with multi-global organizations a plus
Able to communicate complicated concepts clearly
Good formal written, verbal and presentation skills
