Job Description:​ This position requires a self-starter who can help test, manage and validate

new merchant onboarding. This person will work with other team members

to determine a merchant is ready for public launch and scale, validating through metrics and

user experience testing. This person will follow defined processes that prove a new merchant is

ready for launch.

 

Qualification/Skills​:

● BA/BS degree or relevant experience preferred

● 1yr+ experience in retail operations preferred

● 1yr+ Project organization or relevant experience

● Strong communication skills: Exhibit professionalism and possess an ability to effectively

deliver feedback, communicate daily updates and/or escalations

● Ability to work independently for extended periods of time and handle high-level tasks

with little guidance

● Ability to read, analyze and present data

● Must have reliable form of transportation

● Must be willing to travel

 

Responsibilities​:

● Assist in the testing and completion of all merchant testing tasks while adhering to tight

timelines.

● Oversee the execution of testing duties related to specific onboarding procedures.

● Determine that merchant has passed necessary user experience testing.

● Report qualitatively and quantitatively that a merchant is ready for launch based on

metrics and data analysis.

● Assist in creation of streamlined communication materials.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams on day-to-day reporting, special projects and

troubleshoot testing issues as needed.
