Adecco is assisting a premier bank client’s search for Third Party Risk Management – Associate Manager

This is a 12+ Month W2 contract opportunity with extension (12-18 months) or FTE conversion

Role: Third Party Risk Management – Associate Manager
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Pay Rate: $ 34.00 per hour / W2 Contract


Job Responsibilities:


Maintain and promote client's Third-Party Risk Management Policy according to established procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.
Act as power user of third-party risk management platform/software, used by business lines to complete supplier risk assessments, providing support to business lines and providing various, related administrative services
Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Assessment process and ability to transfer knowledge with different formats of Third-Party Risk Assessment
Gather content for regular risk reporting, from Ongoing Monitoring and Issues Management systems, business lines, compiles/creates reports for management review, and distributes/publishes reports to distribution lists
Partners with TPRM team for intake of supplier risk management related report/data requests from business lines and other enterprise control groups and either assists requestor in obtaining information directly or responds directly after gathering requested information. This includes acting in same role for requests from TPRM management.
Design/Build new standard reports within third party risk management interim tool and Hiperos, as new needs arise. Proactively identifies opportunities to create new standard reports to address needs and improve efficiency.
Provide analyst support to various department initiatives and projects
Direct small initiatives/projects
Develop forms, tools, presentations and templates for TPRM use
Develop, map, document and analyze processes as directed by management
Coordinate the gathering of information from business and corporate areas, bank-wide, related to third party risk management
Review and analyze information received from business and corporate areas
Conduct data entry and queries on department database(s)
Research pertinent information for department use, which include compiling evidence from assessments
Assist with creation of presentations and associated materials including flowcharts
Conduct presentations and/or meetings where necessary
Record minutes of meetings


Required Skills:

4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
2-3+ Years of related experience
Proficient with MS-Office Suite (PowerPoint, Advanced Excel V look ups, pivot tables, Tableau, Word)
Good working knowledge MS-Visio
Strong ability to work effectively with business line customers and provide outstanding, knowledgeable support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative thinking
Strong desire to learn and ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing work environment
Internet researching skills
Must be detail oriented
Ability to travel within the US and to Canada
Strong language (written/verbal) and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in providing service to clients
Strong organizational and time management / multi-tasking skills
Team player with the ability and confidence to work independently
Experience with third party risk management, regulatory compliance or outsourcing would be an asset
