Adecco is excited to be working with a large call center in North Central Austin, handling general customer service for debit cards.  This is a great position for someone who has at least 6 months of recent call center experience and looking to expand their knowledge.  Pay rate is $14.50/hr and there is a pay differential for bilingual in Spanish. 


You must be flexible to work between the hours of 6 am to 12 am, Monday-Friday and be available to work weekends. 



·       Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

·       Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ business

·       Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues



·       Recent call center experience

·       Sound solving skills and ability to solve customer issues in an efficient and courteous manner

·       Proficiency with Word and Excel, as well as experience with data entry

·       Ability to navigate the Internet and web based programs

·       Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within an organization

·       Strong work ethic and demonstrates excellent record of attendance and punctuality


This position requires a 7 year Felony/ Misdemeanor check and drug screening.
