Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Tier 1 Help-desk Support Specialist job in Houston, TX. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Purpose of Position
The Support Center FMS Tier 1 will provide helpdesk support for Fuel Management Customers and
Authorized Service Contractors (ASC). This includes remote dialing into sites Tank Gauge systems,
which may include Trouble-shooting on other operating equipment. It also includes escalating calls to
tech support that may require advanced trouble shooting skills.
3. Key Responsibilities
Provision and monitor staging/production applications/services.
Provide Operational and Technical Assistance to end-users on tank gauge equipment and other
Gilbarco / Veeder-Root related products and services.
Open, manage and dispatch Authorized Service Contractors.
Manage, monitor and resolve tasks and alarms on a daily basis.
Manage and resolve emails from Major Oil Companies (MOC) and independent customers.
Maintain minimum department goals in relation to quality, productivity and policy compliance.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
