Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

The Service Desk Analyst I role acts as a front-line technical resource for our client.  Our analysts strive to deliver timely and consistent resolutions for the client employees using the in-house tools provided as well as performing discovery for newly reported issues and requests.  Escalating to other departments within the company effectively while providing as much detail as possible.  Our analysts are responsible for being professional at all times and being prepared to interact with Executive level employees on a day to day basis 

 

Must Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service
  • Remote troubleshooting
  • Password administration
  • Basic network commands
  • Windows OS
  • Laptops - Desktops - Printers – Peripherals
  • Outlook - Office 365
  • Driver installs/updates
  • LAN – WIFI
  • Service Now
  • Time conscious
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Team orientated
  • Manage ticket queue and incoming phone calls / chats
  • Tier 1-2 support (first level response) 

 

 

 

Shift Start/End Time:  first shift/general business hours
