Adecco Staffing is currently recruiting for a local client in Sarasota, Florida for an Timekeeping Administrator POSITION & REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY: We are looking for a Timekeeping Administrator. The primary purpose of this position is to manage data in the Time & Attendance system to accurately capture, maintain and process employees¿ hours related to payroll processing. Candidate must be proficient at utilizing a timekeeping software (Deltek or similar), detailed oriented and able to work autonomously. Reporting to our Human Resources leader and working closely with the payroll department and finance departments. This position is based in Sarasota. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  Verify timekeeping records and consult employees & managers regarding discrepancies ¿ Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts  Enters badge ID numbers for all new employees and temp labors  Reports to helpdesk support via ticketing system any software issues and ensures that time system clocks are is operating properly  Establishes schedules and performs time system maintenance, including resolving any system polling and posting problems  Ensures time is allocated to the correct department for all employees and temp labor. Generates timekeeping reports as well as troubleshooting report issues. Corrects incorrect or missing PTO entries, monitors balances and researches any discrepancies ¿ Assists with prior week adjustment inputs . Assists with management of temp labor within the Time & Attendance system to include temp badges, schedules, and correcting errors within the time cards. Assists managers and employees with questions regarding the management of the Time & Attendance system. Trains manager and employees on the correct process and procedures for the Time & Attendance system. Maintain the highest standards of integrity and respect for co-workers and employees.  Ability to perform a reconciliation between the time keeping system, general ledger, and HRIS system to ensure data is correct amongst all 3 platforms and to resolve any discrepancies ¿ Partner with IT to drive process improvements in the time keeping module. REQUIREMENTS: High School degree or equivalent  Minimum 2 years of related experience with payroll system of record (preferably Deltek)  Ability to use office technology and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees ESSENTIEL SKILLS: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, solve practical problems and to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general payroll information, technical procedures, or policies .Ability to plan and organize workload with minimal supervision. High customer service orientation. Strong detail oriented skills
