Ever wanted to run away with the circus? Now's your chance! We are looking for someone with Project Management or Retail Management experience to travel within the U.S. and assist local Adecco offices with the recruitment and management of temporary staff working at Cirque du Soleil! Role will consist of HR functions, scheduling staff, ensuring accurate payroll, and helping maintain consistency across markets. This is a contract position through June of 2018. Position requires long term travel within the U.S.

2+ years of project management, retail management or HR management required. Strong MS Excel. Strong communication and good leadership skills. Must be able to travel without issue and comfortable working long hours. Individual who has an aptitude for training others, working with different personalities and tailoring the training to their target audience. Quick thinker who works well under pressure; sense of urgency and penchant for finding creative solutions. Confidence in their ability to do the job and fulfill the role. Superior time management skills; organized and efficient, outgoing and enthusiastic!
