Traffic Coordinator

Adecco Creative and Marketing is currently assisting a women's fashion retail client located in Mahwah, NJ in their search for a Traffic Coordinator.
This is a long term freelance, possible temp-hire for the right individual, job opportunity. Will be onsite, M-F, approx. 40 hours per week, paying $25ph.

The role of Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for managing the work flow through Brand Marketing, from conception to completion: coordinate, track and traffic creative of all marketing projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of daily workflow:
  • Prioritizing and overseeing creative workload;
  • Maintaining production schedules to ensure prompt delivery of marketing material (including adjusting schedules as needed and wherever possible based on creative workload);
  • Trafficking of marketing collateral through all the SOP channels;
  • Ensuring the creative team has all the assets needed on all projects (ie coupon codes, terms & conditions, etc);
  • pulling weekly reports and running weekly meetings to align the team;
  • Setting up all kick-off and subsequent meetings, which includes writing agendas as needed, and then recapping meetings to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in similar role.
  • Marketing experience a plus, both brick and mortar and digital.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite: with advanced Excel and Word.
