A very well-known customer service center is seeking a Customer Service Trainer for their organization. The trainer will be responsible for developing training materials and presentations, as well as conducting various training sessions with new hires. As part of the Quality Management team this new hire will also be involved in enhancing the training and development programs. Knowledge of training methodologies and curriculum development.
Must possess the ability to use technology to develop content and design engaging curricula, i.e., advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
