Adecco, global leader in workforce professional solutions, is teamed with a well-known national Insurance/Financial Services company located in Tampa FL. Currently seeking a Corporate Trainer/Designer

Position: instruction designer/trainer
Location: Tampa FL
Duration: 2 months W2 contract
Pay rate: $49 per hour


Job Description:

Seeking experienced instructional designer/trainer who can work on a project to review existing training materials (powerpoint, job aids, work instructions, etc.) and work with subject matter experts to validate the information and then update, refresh, redesign and in some cases recreate those resources. Someone with experience in creating videos is a plus, as part of the strategy is to record SMEs discussing the importance of some of the topics and providing their tips/insight on the topic at hand. The content being reviewed/recreated is disability content in the area of short term disability, long term disability, and total absence management (FMLA leave management). Experience in those areas is also a plus.

Must have:


Must have expert knowledge in creating concise, vibrant job aids that are easy to follow and visually pleasing.
Expert knowledge in computer programs to create, ability to work closely with SMEs to take information and validate and in some cases transform for front-line associates.
Good communication skills and team-centered attitude.
Ability to work autonomously to create desired job aids with guidance from SMEs
Overall experience in Designing/Creating Training Materials; Developing Illustrative Designs; Training/Education and utilization of effective Training Methodology


Preferred:

Background in training/education
Prior insurance products experience a plus!
