Training Coordinator Assistant

So, you’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative role in Des Moines. Great news! We are now hiring a Part-Time Training Coordinator Assistant to work 15 - 20hrs/week Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 9a-3p. You will be positively representing the organization while interacting with program registrants. This is a seasonal position starting May 21st and running through early August and could work well for candidate with summer availability. 


Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Updating the member management system
  • Responding to members regarding recent marketing communications
  • Will support pre-training registration and post-training activites such as confirmations and certifications.
  • Track time and allocate expenses to appropriate cost center.


These are the qualities we’re looking for in a Training Coordinator Assistant:

  • Prior administrative experience, knowledge in learning management systems a plus.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • High School Diploma required, associate degree preferred
