Training Coordinator

Our client in the Burns Harbor area is seek a long term Training Coordinator.  

Job Duties -
 - Coordinate the logistics and planning of Learning and Development activities, including but not limited to, ordering and delivering course materials, arrange catering and delivery, if needed.
 -  Maintain Excel training database and course calendar.
 - Arrange and coordinate training activities with other facilities.
 - Assist with online training registrations and data report extracting from LMS.
 - Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word on a daily basis. 
 -  Familiarity with Adobe software will be helpful. 

Requirements - 
 - 3-5 years experience in administrative and/or HR related role.
 - Is a Self-Starter, is customer orientated, demonstrates organizational and problem-solving skills, time/priority management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Customer service experience
 - Must be proficient in Word and Excel (formulas).

Education - 
- Associates Degree in Business/HR related field
