Training Coordinator

Adecco is hiring on behalf of Gerber Life for a Training Coordinator.  

The  Training Coordinator will organize training events and classes, which includes scheduling, ordering supllies, creating and reporducing materials, tracking and reporting trainee's progress. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for providing support to our Licensing Trainees as well as holding gorup discussions. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & Facilitate Training
  • Coordinate Licensing Training
  • Lead small group discussions
  • Manage classroom dynamics
  • Update, reproduce & coordinate training materials
  • Track and report trainees progress
  • Provides backup support to Training team members
  • Provide administrative and logistical support
  • Coordinate training event planning and scheduling, such as securing facilities, catering, training attendance sign-in sheets and other special needs
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Knowledge Management System
  • Create and update department reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor degree
  • Intermediate PC Skills
  • Experience in Life and Health Insurance
