Training Coordinator II
As the training coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling onboarding and GTI classes, auto-enrolls and work with room reservations team. You will source facilitators and presenters for global classes as well as monitor New Hire communications and report metrics (attendance, surveys) to Program Managers & L&E leaders. You will provide cohort learner assistance as needed and manage learner portal updates and construction.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Manage logistics for on-site, GVC Classes and Experiential learning sessions - Provide rolling updates to training calendar (room requests, facilitator and presenter scheduling, and mapping attendee numbers to locations)
  2. Monitor and respond to incoming requests that come through our enablement alias
  3. Status updates to Program Managers and Regional Leads
Mandatory Requirements:
  • MUST have event/training coordination background with 3 - 6 years experience
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Skills
  • Project or Event Management Certification
