ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Support
• Maintain and have full accountability for all aspects of the internal training calendar and mailbox using MS Outlook as well as the Learning Management System calendar
• Ensure monthly iQMS metrics are achieved for the training program
• Prepare and present monthly training reports on learner status to Training Management Team
• Manage the inviting/tracking/completion/certification of training attended by employees in MS Outlook and company Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain course assessment results in the company LMS and evaluate data on a monthly basis to identify areas of assessment improvement or trends in assessment effectiveness
• Administer entire training program course evaluation program and provide summary reports to management for program improvements and overall effectiveness
• Coordinate all new hire training with HR and ensure proper curriculum assignments with new hire managers.
• Serve as point contact for all employee administrative training requests
• Maintain and set up training facilities and equipment pre and post training. (must be able to lift 25lbs.)
• Administer all training attendance documentation and tracking
• Maintain immixGroup’s Learning Management System. Keep evaluations, assessments, and knowledge bank data current. Make recommendations about optimizing any component of the Learning Management System.
• Assist with creation and voiceovers of eLearning courses.
• Video tape training sessions and other content as required and upload into the Learning Management System.
• Complete other training projects as assigned

Pay: $22/hr
Shift: 8-5PM

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* Strong attention to detail
* Three to five years of administrative or training experience
* Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment as well as part of a team
* Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management
* Bachelor's degree required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Sales industry experience preferred
* Experience with Articulate a plus
* Experience with Learning Management System a plus.
