Project Overview: 
The Operations team is a solution-generating force that helps bring strategic support to our frontline teams. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it's our job to help keep the lights on and systems running smoothly. 
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the structure, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Learning Management System. This will include the content creation and uploading across internal and external systems. You will support the team by managing content building for all elearning content that is developed, ensuring that it is uploaded properly and accurately configured in the system. You will also serve as a system support specialist, answering customer questions as they come. This will include managing the system architecture and content deployment within the system to provide a good user experience and allow for consistent data and reporting. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
Maintaining content structure and identifying when content needs to be reviewed/updated 
Submit tickets for bugs found in our content or tools 
Troubleshoot and answer technical ticket issues for courses from support 
Provide daily project updates on ongoing setup and maintenance of content 
Communicate directly with customers to assess and document their LMS-related requests 
Upload, manage, and organize training content created in-house to the LMS 
Complete special projects to be added as required by the Learning team 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
The Training QA System Specialist is responsible for the structure, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Learning Management System. This will include the quality testing of new features and functionality prior to launch. 
You will support the team by managing quality assurance for all elearning content that is developed, ensuring that it functions properly to reduce the impact on our external audience. This will include managing the system architecture and content deployment within the system to provide a good user experience and allow for consistent data and reporting. 
You will also support the creation and maintenance of both internal and external dashboards, ensuring that data is accurate, mapped correctly and displayed correctly. 

Required Skills: 
Detail Oriented 
Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong judgment with a positive attitude 
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment 
Process driven, with the ability to recommend and implement changes for process improvement 
Technical Background experience with troubleshooting 

Nice to have Skills (not required): 
Learning management system (LMS) experience (Intellum preferred) 
QA testing experience and documentation 
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
HTML Coding & HTML5 Knowledge 
Experience with training industry standards (SCORM / AICC) 
Usage of both PC and Apple products
