The Training Content Manager / Instructional Designer will be responsible for building content for learning paths for all users of a new Salesforce-based retail field implementation. The role will include partnering with project stakeholders to design, develop and execute activity-based instructor-led training, web-based training, and other learning solutions, with the aim of ensuring all users can quickly ramp up and migrate to a new field app system. 

This opportunity requires prior experience with training content creation and design, with past content creation experience for how to maintain, use and administer a new Salesforce platform a plus. Strong cross-cultural communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work with ambiguity given the new nature of the salesforce implementation. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
Own creation of training and support content for each user / role within the system 
Create effective and efficient methods for designing, developing, deploying course material 
Setup and maintain a library of learning material, including self-serve training for new field rep users 
Build and implement assessment methods during the course design phase 
Help identify opportunities to improve training materials and methods. 
Create, maintain and apply documentation templates to develop training deliverables 
Design and develop learning content using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and mobile applications. 
Adapt instructional materials for multiple formats. Maintain method for global distribution of training materials. 
Delivery of training face-to-face when necessary 

Required Skills: 
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning/Adult Education or related field. Candidates with Bachelor's degree in technical field with demonstrated Instructional Design experience will also be considered. 
Knowledge of training theories and principles, including adult learning theory and established industry models of evaluation. 
Experience in creation and/or delivery of training content for new Salesforce implementations 
2-4 years experience 
Excellent problem solving, documentation, and communication skills 
Previous Salesforce administration experience, certification a plus, or experience with Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
2-4 years experience
