Adecco Direct Placement is recruiting on behalf of our client in the outskirts of Winston Salem, NC area for the position of Training Specialist. Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Training Specialist in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment. Functions:


Liaise with managers to determine future and current training needs and schedule training sessions
Desigin effective training programs
Create testing and evaluation processes
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Support and mentor new employees
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
Create brochures and training materials
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Select and book venues

Qualifications:

BS degree in education, Human Resources or relevant field
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshop, simulations, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
Critical thinking and decision making
Organizational and time management abilities
