Primary Accountability

  • Review odd lot Acceptance card, stock certificate if applicable, and other documents submitted for odd lot program to determine whether they are properly completed and duly executed in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Acceptance Card
  • Process validly submitted Odd lot Acceptance Card
  • Send reject/defect letters to presenters/holders to correct any irregularity in connection with any submitted Odd lot item

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proofreading experience/attention to detail/ dependability.
  • Strong work history.
  • Data entry.
  • Strong reading comprehension and spelling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Computer Skills:

Essential Computer skills include regular use of a computer, including the ability to type. utilize a mouse, and read information from a computer screen or monitor. Very good knowledge of Microsoft office preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;
  • or
  • Two years financial Services related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability

Ability to read/analyze/interpret business periodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov. regulations; write reports/business correspondence/procedure manuals; effectively present information/respond to questions from managers/clients/customers/public.

Mathematical Ability

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
