Responsibilities for Transportation Coordinator jobs include but are not limited to: 

  • Load planning
  • Track LTL carrier shipments
  • Issue branch pick up request forms
  • Process export shipments creating required documents as needed
  • Coding of transportation invoices
  • Assist with answering emails from internal and external customers

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Transportation Coordinator jobs: 
  • Transportation & Logistics background
  • Experience with Excel and TMS system
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
