Travel Coordinator. (Full Time. Keaau Village, Hawaii Island)

Adecco is assisting a client in finding a Travel Coordinator to join their Keaau Village office. Job duties include accurate data entry, high volume environment. The team has over 150 action items per day. Working on a team to service customers, talk to vendors, coordinate travel for the company's customers.

  • Must have previous phone servicing experience.
  • Candidates must be able to talk to physicians, care givers, and patients.
  • Frequent communication with employees and outside companies required.
  • Effective travel coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate positive and sad news to key stakeholders, like patients, caregivers, and vendors.
  • Perfect candidates may have been schedulers, worked in hospitals or other healthcare offices, been dispatchers, worked as telephone operators, or worked in the travel agency industry.
  • Overtime as needed.
  • Arriving on time to work.
  • Ability to extend empathy.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse population, cultures and social styles.
  • Must have minimum 4 to 6 months admin experience.
  • Must be able to take direction and work independently
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making calls to sick patients, caregivers, and deliver news good and bad.
  • Strong MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook skills.
