Adecco is assisting a client in finding a Travel Coordinator to join their Keaau Village office. Job duties include accurate data entry, high volume environment. The team has over 150 action items per day. Working on a team to service customers, talk to vendors, coordinate travel for the company's customers. Must have previous phone servicing experience. Candidates must be able to talk to physicians, care givers, and patients.

Role: Frequent communication with employees and outside companies. Effective travel coordination skills. Ability to communicate good and sad news to key stakeholders, like patients, caregivers, and vendors.

Perfect candidates may have been schedulers, worked in hospitals or other healthcare offices, been dispatchers, worked as telephone operators, or worked in the travel agency industry.

Must have minimum 4-6 months admin experience
Must be able to take direction and work independently
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making calls to sick patients, caregivers, and deliver news good and bad
Strong computer and MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook skills
