Some of the position responsibilities include:

  • Supports departmental meeting coordinators and field representatives in a call center environment to answer questions and provide travel-related services.
  • Incumbent responsibilities include researching air options for travelers, accurately booking travel reservations desired by traveler while staying within the company travel policies. 
  • Additionally, interacts with vendors to secure travel reservations and investigate issues.
  • Supports expense reporting team by answering questions on travel reimbursement policies and assist with processing expense reports.

Here is the desired background and skill set:

  • Minimum of 2 years corporate agency experience; must have corporate travel experience
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Experience with online booking tool would be a plus, but not necessary.
  • Travel/expense software program knowledge is a plus.
