Our client, a lead in document management processes and records retention, are looking for candidates to join their team! The Candidate will become proficient in all aspects of collection, research and recording of required data to complete an accurate inventory of items. Will need to follow Standard Operating Procedures for both RRP and FAMP projects. Ensure accurate collection of data for all projects. Review daily activities with Project Coordinator. Perform daily and weekly quality control checks with Project Coordinator. Communicate effectively with clients to obtain relevant data. This position requires the need to travel to different locations in the state of Texas, so this candidate MUST be comfortable with traveling. The candidate will be partnered with a Project Coordinator that will be doing all of the driving so the use of personal vehicle is not needed. You will also be paid a 'per diem' for food expenses, and hotel accommodations will be made by the company. The work schedule may not necessarily be a Mon-Fri or a set schedule due to the traveling.

*Looking for candidates that possess document management experience and/or is familiar with inventory management
*Excellent customer service with a team player attitude
*Possess leadership skills
*Must pass a background check
*Flexibility in schedule and needs to be able to travel while being away for periods of time
*This position is a very active role, and will be exposed to some of the weather elements
*Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to move boxes of documents and materials
