POSITION: Trilingual Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Flower Mound, TX
HOURS: 2nd shift / Monday - Friday / 1:30pm - 10:00pm (Must be able to train on 1st shift, 8:30am - 5pm, for 3 - 4 weeks)
DURATION: Long term indefinite
PAY: $17.50 per hour

Job Description:
Requirements and Qualifications

Trilingual, must be able to read, write and speak professionally Portuguese, English and Spanish
2+ Years customer service or related experience.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent follow-up skills.
A professional telephone manner.
Experience with PC software programs such as Excel, Word and related MS office.
Excellent typing skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to meet all assigned deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and process all customer calls and inquiries.
Address customer concerns and handle follow-ups.
Assist customers via phone or email.
Resolve customer complaints by phone or email.
Assist with placement of orders.
Follow up with clients who express concerns, complaints or issues.
Monitor email and other communication systems to ensure fast responses to clients.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Answer calls and respond to emails.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Redirect problems to correct resource.
Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
