Position Details:
Position: TSG Support Technician with Driving
Location: Albuquerque, NM - 87107
Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri (must be flexible for different shifts)

Support Technician Job Description:
-Provides support activities in an assigned area.
-Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems.
-Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective.
-Assist users to resolve computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software.
-Travel is required using one’s personal vehicle to provide Technology Support for Customers

Support Technician Candidate Requirements:
-2+ years Previous IT Support experience required
-Must have Associates Degree in Computer Science, Bachelors preferred
-A+ certification required
-Requires a lot of walking
-Must have access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance
-Must have valid driver’s license
-Must be willing to work various shifts, revolving schedule requires flexibility
-Must have Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills.
