Our client is seeking BILINGUAL Admin Assistants. Please review job descritpion:

1. Work effectively in a structured environment.
2. Adhere to daily schedules and assignments
3. Assist callers with general contacts including, but not limited to, appointment scheduling, general facility and provider information, general requests, medical records, requests and issue resolution.
4. Verify and update patient information in clinical file system.
5. When appropriate, assigns electronic records tasks clinic staff to intervene with medically related inquiries and requests and to address concerns.

6. Contact patients to remind of appointments.
7. Contact patients to communicate special outbound call campaign messaging.

8. Review patient chart (in EMR) to ensure core measures are being addressed and met per protocol and takes appropriate action when they are not, i.e. schedule services.
9. Assist patients with identification of and connectivity to community and programs (Pharmacy assistance, meals on wheels LIS).
10. Document thoroughly all call and actions taken within core systems.
11. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Must have qualifications/experience:

1.High school diploma or equivalent
2.Two years? experience in healthcare environment or customer service environment with direct customer contact.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
4. Ability to adhere to daily schedule and duties.
5.Ability to think critically.

6. Ability to effectively de-escalate and resolve issues.
7. Excellent customer service voice and demeanor
8. Excellent listening skills.
9. Excellent telephone etiquette.
10. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
11. Excellent problem solving skills.

13. Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, key boarding)

Shift Start/End Time: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 pm (shifts will occur within this time span

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of secretarial support duties in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department. The position works under the specific instruction and direction of one or more higher level staff and may provide administrative support to an individual office. Incumbents are regularly responsible for dealing professionally with confidential information while performing several aspects of assigned work. Specific tasks may be answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation and otherwise relieving those supported of minor administrative tasks and business deals. Works under general supervision.
