On a daily basis, the individuals will be doing the following call center tasks. Looking for candidates that have call center experience that have worked in a medical setting in the past. 
Answering inbound calls as needed o Work on an outbound dialer system 
Follow a script about medication adherence while talking to patients 
Accurately document the call 
Create tasks as needed based on how the call transpired 
Other assigned call center duties as needed
Specific Duties: 1.inbound calls outbound calls 3.attention to detail 4.Other duties assigned Microsoft product proficiency Must have qualifications/experience: 1. 2 years call center experience 2. 2 years customer service experience 3. healthcare experience a plus 4. bilingual (Spanish) a plus 5. High school diploma Shift Start/End Time: available to work varied shifts Monday through Saturday (8am-6pm) Dress Code: Business casual
