Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Contract, Admin Assitant in Plano, TX!  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


Duration: 12+ months

Pay Rate: $35 - 40 Hourly, depending on candidate experience


Exec admin support department admin and project coordination support for the Corporate Strategy team.  Will also help with scheduling executive meetings for Diversity & Inclusion executive, and may also provide back up support to Enterprise Program Management Office executive.


·         Maintain department project tracking spreadsheet and raise concerns or issues as identified

  • ·         Ensure project stakeholder meetings are scheduled, arranged and sequenced in accordance with project manager expectations (will need to connect/network to understand scheduling across all Management Committee admins)
  • ·         Executive calendaring,  travel arrangements and expense reports
  • ·         Managing department meeting  agenda and topics to be scheduled
  • ·         Department invoicing and payment
  • ·         Ordering supplies and meeting materials, including catering arrangements
  • ·         Event coordination and set up as needed, including handling onsite catering requests,  and onsite logistics/technical set up as needed
  • ·         Special projects could entail developing PowerPoint presentations, cataloging department information, such as communication lists, tools, etc.
  • ·         Proactively manage department calendar and resolve schedule conflicts
  • ·         Manage department budget, including P-card
  • ·         Special projects could include light research and analysis

  • ·         Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
  • ·         Strong scheduling skills/know how
  • ·         Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of levels across the organization
  • ·         Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook


Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:

  • ·         Interested in taking on increasing responsibilities and grow career into other areas
