Mon-Fri,6 hours per day.

Shift: 1st shift

 

Pay Rate:

$15.00 per hour

 

Responsibilities for this Administrative Clerk role include:

 

  1. K-12 bid process support
  2. Proficent Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  3. Work with leadership team to set the weekly leadership meeting agenda.
  4. Partner with Admin Assistants for seamless support and coordination.
  5. Maintain office supplies.

                                    

Qualifications:

 

  1. Professional demeanor and tone. 
  2. Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
  3. Sufficient skills for administrative activities.
