Shift: 1st shift

8:00 AM-5:00 PM


Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour


Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant role include:


  1. Provide Executive Assistant support for a Vice President and Senior Director.
  2. Manage calendar and appointments and coordinate/execute logistics for meetings.
  3. Work with leadership team to set the weekly leadership meeting agenda.
  4. Support special meeting requests (room booking, AV, etc...)
  5. Partner with Admin Assistants for seamless support and coordination.
  6. Maintain and order office supplies.
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements.





  1. Professional demeanor and tone. 
  2. Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
  3. Sufficient skills for administrative activities.
