University Programs Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a University Programs Coordinator. This is a temporary 12-month assignment and is located in Austin, Texas.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

1. Support Specialist(s) where needed: coordinate logistics including catering, booking rooms and facilities, purchase order payments, swag orders

2. Tracking and uploading of leads from outreach events

3. Create and distribute resources (prep materials, surveys, etc.)

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Assist specialists, university alumni, and managers in the development of various outreach programs
  • Participate in the development and execution of communication and engagement strategies to ensure a long-term candidate cultivation
  • Review, audit, and process backend event requests by partnering with Specialists, including leads tracking and uploading
  • Create and manage necessary resources for outreach, including prep and communication materials and event surveys to collect feedback
  • Serve as the onsite liaison for the office and surrounding universities, which includes providing real-time event support when necessary

 

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 2 years relevant work experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in program/event management, recruiting, HR, university relations, or a related area

  • Exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy and producing quality results
