Upsell Specialist outbound sales representative

As an Up-sell Specialist you will be focused on up-selling/migrating for our client’s products and services,

you have two primary goals: Grow/maintain revenue and introduce all of our services to our

customer base. These goals will be achieved by doing the following:


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 70 outbound sales calls per day with 20 being “Cold prospecting Calls”
  • Average 2 hours talk time per day
  • Meet or exceed your goals and quotas
  • Manage Opportunities funnel and activities in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Follow all process and procedures which allow other to do their jobs efficiently
  • Make notations on any transactions or interactions with accounts, prospects or customers
  • to provide excellent communication internally and externally
  • Adhere to the attendance policy to ensure we meet customer expectations of answering
  • the phones when they call and supporting workload and our team members
  • Positive and meaningful Customer interactions to ensure customers for life
