Job Title: User Engagement Analyst
Location: Plano, TX
Contract Duration: March 4, 2019 to March 1, 2020
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour / Adecco W2

Must Haves:

Strong understanding and usage of Microsoft 365 Suite of tools
Win10, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote, TEAMS, Forms, Sway, Stream, PowerApps, Flow
Strong understanding and usage of ServiceNow

Training background, as this resource will be coordinating and delivering knowledge and training on new technologies, such as TEAMs, etc. Please note that this resource will not be doing any data analytics, SQL querying, coding, programming, etc. We do need someone technical in terms of knowing and understanding the technologies listed in the job description, and being able to create training guides and artifacts on how to utilize these systems, and someone who will be able to engage the users/audience through the training. They need to be tech-savvy because they will need to be able to translate technical terms/lingo to non-technical resources in a fun and understandable manner through training artifacts, training calls, etc.


Project will parallel with the rollout of Enterprise wide initiatives for the duration of 2019 and could extend to 2020



Project Summary
Be part of a team that focuses on workforce’s experience to deliver value with enterprise technology and tools. They will be responsible for coordinating and acting as a liaison with end users and internal technology teams to deliver technology knowledge, training and reporting to ensure our client's workforce is getting the most value from their technology investments.

Help develop technology implementation knowledge to end users
Help develop end user training artifacts, newsletters, monitor and provide information to the technology champions network
Help drive self service
Act as a liaison and analyst to help improve user adoption of new technologies, and make it easy for users to understand and use in the least boring and most effective way possible
Create quick tip self-help materials
Coordinate focus groups
Creating content for SharePoint site
Chair champions network
Create surveys
Help develop and analyze surveys (what worked in the communication and what didn’t)
Help monitor and respond to team shared mailbox
Help develop dashboards and decks for executive reporting and meetings
Help develop reports
Help develop and manage FAQs, How to Guide, Quick Tips

REQUIREMENTS

Must Haves:

College degree
Analytical experience
Ability to take technical information and distill for end user consumption
Professional oral and written communication skills
Experience using social media for the workplace
Experience in scrum/agile environments
Enthusiasm
Relentless pursuit of advocacy for end users/customers
Strong understanding and usage of Microsoft O365 suite of tools

Nice-to-Haves:

PowerApps and Flow would be nice to haves
