Responsibilities

 

Program Assistance and Special Event Help

  • Employee Giving Campaign
    • Enter new hire data in company portal
    • Enter employee pledges in company portal
  • Company National Day of Service
    • Ship and track volunteer t-shirts to remote sites
    • Ship Banners and other materials to remote sites
    • Order supplies for volunteer events
  • Holiday Volunteer Events and Volunteer Team Building
    • Order supplies for volunteer events

 

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit check requests (Foundation and cost center)
  • Order, track, and follow up on all in-kind donation requests
  • Prepare Excel spreadsheet to track NUSA Foundation donations
  • Prepare Excel spreadsheet to track Scholarship Foundation checks
  • Prepare and send cover letter for donation checks
  • Track all in-kind and monetary donation requests
  • Forward declined requests to Consumer Services to be declined
  • Prepare and send out decline letters, as requested

 

Miscellaneous Duties

  • Work with Facilities Management on catering, room reservations, etc.
  • Mail out/ship/messenger packages, items, etc. as needed
  • Prepare and submit vendor profile forms for new vendors
  • Other duties as assigned
