(1) AM 4am-1pm 
(1) PM 1:30pm-10:30pm



Job Description 
Responsible for calibrating & validating a self-driving vehicle in manual & autonomous modes for six to eight hours per day, including collecting data and providing feedback. Our team has developed a strong team culture of safety, professionalism and personal responsibility; we expect all team members to adhere to team standards of conduct. 

Summary of Primary Duties: 
- Operate with safety as primary goal daily 
- Perform vehicle and sensor calibration operations by following precise commands. 
- Perform vehicle and sensor driving validation procedures. 
- Perform vehicle start-up checks 
- Execute vehicle startup configurations: SW downloads, updates, mission plans 
- Maintain self driving hardware cleanliness 
- Operate a vehicle 6-8 hours a day alone, five days a week; able to sit for long periods of time. 
- Capable of responding quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environments. 
- Provide concise, clear, and accurate verbal and written feedback regarding the vehicle’s operations. 
- Complete daily reports and document procedures and tests. 
- Assist with vehicle delivery 

Required Qualifications 
- Must be at least 21 years old. 
- Minimum of five years of experience driving on public roads. Additional experience is preferred. 
- Valid driver license for the state in which the self-driving vehicle operator will be working. 
- Meets driver requirements, including driving record & criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the self-driving vehicle operator will be working. 
- Comply with zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol or drugs by self-driving vehicle operators during a shift, including randomized drug testing. 
- Able to work either early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, as well as overnight shifts and travel for up to one month at a time. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. 
- Proficiency with a laptop computer and GSuite apps (Gmail, Hangouts, and Drive, including Sheets and Docs). 
- Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone (Android preferred but not required). 
- Preferred College degree or 4+ years experience with computers/automotive industry.
