Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Shift: Monday-Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm (2 Saturdays per month are required from 10am)
Contract: Temporary to Hire
Pay Rate: $15.00hrly
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of office experience, or appropriate combination of experience and education.
BILINGUAL ENGLISH - SPANISH
Position Responsibilities:
- Verification of Vehicle Title documents
- Submit all legal transfer documents to DMV
- Receive and process paperwork pertaining to sales transactions
- Follow up with on pending information and/or documents
- Respond to inquiries
- Other administrative duties as need
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 to 3 years experience as a Vehicle Title Clerk
- Ability to read and interpret documents (sales agreements, tax, title documents).
- Experience with Salvage Title a plus
- Understands the process of transferring ownership of titles
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
