Adecco the World Leader in Staffing Solutions has an immediate need for a Vendor Management Inventory Associate that can operate as an on-site problem solver and project facilitator.
Job duties include:
Interfaces directly with suppliers/manufacturers and sales/branch personnel to ensure a successful flow and sale of products and services between our suppliers and customers.
The primary role is to expand and deliver company's Value-Added practices through the timely response on product shortages, new product delivery, daily inventory analysis and e-solutions exposure with our customers. Review, control and release customer orders, report daily customer status and maintain bar coding/ scanning practices for proper product identification and alignment with software .


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain all on site daily product reporting and analysis to ensure supply chain controls.
Educate, expose and maintain new Solutions/Stock with existing and potential customers.
Source, upsell and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide daily support of sales efforts and account maintenance functions. Perform daily Scanning/Sync tasks. Interface with customers to evaluate their needs or concerns and communicate them to outside sales reps.
Ensure actual inventory count and communicate daily with the warehouse personnel.
Assist with on-site product location and identification.
Maintain labels and webpage revisions to ensure that min/max meet customer inventory expectations.
Enter, review and release orders to support e-commerce solutions. Communicate any changes, shortages, concerns directly to customers and branch management.
Deliver custom presentations on Company Lean Customer Value such as Point of Use (Vending Applications), Job Trailers

1. Electrical, construction or mechanical products (1 yr required, 2 yrs preferred)
2. Experience in resolving technical, equipment and service related issues. (1 yr required, 2 yrs preferred)

EDUCATION
Associates Degree (U.S.) - Preferred
High School Degree or Equivalent - Required

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Outside Sales � Work is generally performed in an office environment. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
Employee required to use hand tools.
Employee uses heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, etc.).
