POSITION: Vendor Risk Integration Coordinator

LOCATION: Rocky Hill, CT

DURATION: 5 months



Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

The vendor risk integration contractor positions will be responsible for accelerating the oversight of vendor risk integration and remediation activities. The position will manage the review of vendors across integrated and non-integrated businesses, the roles will reduce vendor risk across the organization as well as alert business owners and leaders when potential issues may arise.


Specific Duties:

  • Vendor Data collection
  • Review, analyze and prepare for submission of data in risk database.
  • Vendor risk record maintenance, ensuring accurate records of vendor risk information has been recorded properly.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete vendor records
  • Reviewing vendor data for deficiencies/errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Heavy data entry


Must have qualifications/experience:

1.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other MS Programs

2.Typing speed and accuracy

3.Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

4. Healthcare Industry knowledge

5. Vendor Management experience


How will performance be measured? Volume and accuracy of data loaded. Individual will be working based on queue and will be measured on completion rate.
