Verification Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Review rental orders when placed via web-site
  • Research new clients to develop a risk profile 
  • View and assess customer documentation
  • Work with insurance companies to verify coverage
  • Communicate with customer via phone and e-mail during the verification process
  • Fulfill special requests and/or professionally resolve any unrealistic expectations
  • Interface with multiple departments to ensure that orders are shipped correctly and on time
  • Work with Asset Recovery Team as needed

Experience & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  •  Exceptional judgement skills, high attention to detail and multi-taking skills required
  • Working knowledge of video, audio and lighting equipment and techniques is required
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and oral across multiple mediums needed
  • capacity to professionally diffuse potentially tense or sensitive conversations is a must
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and roles as needed
  • Must be a fast learner, be results driven, and always be looking for process improvement opportunities
  • Must be comfortable working in a Windows based office setting with a focus on Excel, and some SQL experience is a plus
  • High level of Internet proficiency preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, fraud, or financial services experience a big plus
