*Review rental orders from clients as they are placed on our website.

*Research new clients using the given information as well as available resources in order to develop a risk profile

*View and assess customer documentation

*Work with insurance companies to validate proper coverage

*Answer phones and emails in order to assist customers with the verification process

*Fulfill special requests from the customer and confidently problem solve if their request cannot be met

*Interface with other departments to ensure orders go out correctly and handle issues professionally

*Work with our Asset Recovery team when needed

*College degree

*High attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced work environment

*Excellent judgement skills

*Great communication skills across multiple mediums

*Capable of diffusing tense conversations via phone and email in a professional manner

*Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new roles as the need arises

*Working knowledge of photo/video equipment and techniques

*Comfortable working in a windows based office setting

*A high level of internet proficiency

*2+year customer service or relevant experience

*Prior experience as a fraud analyst in e-commerce or financial services a big plus

*Multi-line phone system knowledge is a plus

*Must be available for Saturday shifts

*Knowledge of Excel a plus

*Knowledge of SQL a plus
