Video Customer Service Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a client in San Carlos, CA in their search for a Video Customer Service Specialist.  The Video Customer Service Specialist will be connecting with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face.


This position requires the specialist to have strong knowledge of a broad spectrum of video gear and experience in a fast-paced work environment. They must be able to use technical jargon to converse and troubleshoot issues with customers and make equipment recommendations.



  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Supplying quick response times (via email, phone calls, and in person)
  • Troubleshooting equipment problems, and handling general account issues
  • Recommending appropriate video gear based on the customer’s needs

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Video/Film Production
  • Working knowledge of current video, audio, rigs, and lighting equipment carried by our client
  • Previous customer service experience 1-2 years
  • Team player
