• Process and manage customer orders received from a variety of sources.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience required
• Must be a quick learner that can become a Subject Matter Expert within their designated area.
• Must maintain solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns with speed and accuracy.
• Must be able to work with plants, carriers and others to schedule shipments in order to meet customer requirements.
• Must be able to navigate systems outside of the SAP ordering system; for example, customer specific portals.
• Must be able to resolve customer accounts issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work from home for a productive work day
• Must have an in home Ethernet connection
