In this role, you will be providing customer support.

• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
• Individual must be customer focused and have a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent computer and written/verbal communications skills
• Must be able to deal effectively with all types of internal/external customers

• 1-2 years of customer service in a call center environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must live within 50 miles of Lexington, KY as this position will be on-site.
• Must be available to work between 8 am - 9 pm Monday - Sunday.
• High School Degree/GED Required, Bachelors preferred
