Responsibilities for the Picker - Packer - Warehouse job include:


- Pick orders by reading pick tickets, complete necessary paperwork, move products to the warehouse shipping area and operate barcode scanners during order picking or put-away process                      

- Working in a team environment to efficiently package required orders

- Handling finished materials and move to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse

 - Use written lists to pick parts needed for orders

- Follow quality control procedures

- Packs product following detailed written instructions





- Must have a high school diploma or GED

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

- Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time

- 1st and 2nd shift available paying between $11.50-$12.65

- Pick/Pack experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:     


1.            Uses written list to pick parts needed for order. Scans picked items into inventory system.

2.            Follows quality control procedures; arranges items to be packaged on table; reports problems.

3.            Operates and monitors equipment used in the configuration process as needed.

4.            Packs product following detailed written instructions.

5.            Moves packaged products to staging area for storage/shipping.

Education and/or Experience: High School Degree or equivalent. One year of related experience, or         

equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate computer skills.        


Language Skills:  Must be able to read and understand detailed written and verbal instructions. Must be able to  

effectively communicate with coworkers and management.        


Reasoning Ability:  Ability to define process or quality problems and report as necessary. Ability to read  

and follow detailed written instructions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stand. 

Use hands and fingers to operate computer and packaging equipment. Bending, reaching, kneeling,        

pushing, pulling. Lifting requirements average 20-30 lbs, occasionally reach 50 lbs.
