Adecco is currently looking for a warehouse team member who can perform the following.
his list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
¿    Verify materials received against bill of lading.
¿    Transport materials and items from dock to storage or to other designated areas using a forklift or hand truck.
¿    Maintain Warehouse; ensure neat and orderly storage of material.
¿    Notify supervisor of equipment issues.
¿    Periodically, take inventory of material, equipment and supplies in storage as assigned.
¿    Wear appropriate PPE while in warehouse.
¿    Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
¿    Check yard for debris, perform various maintenance duties as required.
¿    Opens containers.
¿    Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
¿    Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
¿    Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
¿    Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
¿    Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
¿    Loads truck for Industrial Truck Drivers.
¿    Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
¿    Lifts heavy objects by hand or with forklift or handcart, and cleans work area and/or warehouses. 
¿    Shovels loose materials such as sand, gravel, metals, plastics, or chemicals, into machine hoppers or into vehicles and containers such as wheelbarrows, scrap truck, or barrels.
¿    Perform yard and general landscaping duties to consist of: snow removal, salting, lawn mowing, weed eating, weed pulling, picking up debris, and other related duties as assigned.
¿    Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
¿    Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma and one to three years of related experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and situations to other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Qualifications
Requires the ability to operate various tools and equipment to include a computer, scissors lift, hand truck and various small hand tools.  Requires the ability to pass forklift operator course and drive a forklift.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Typical shift consists of 9 hours, however, employees may be asked to start early or stay later depending upon workload and assignments.
